Return Policy
The Seller may accept the return of products purchased from the catalog or other products upon the Buyer's request but is under no legal obligation to approve every return request.

Reason for the return
If no cancellation request has been received before shipment and the goods have already been dispatched according to the customer's order, the Seller will generally not accept the return of those goods, except where a genuine replacement request is justified.
Returns accepted by special agreement are subject to a 25% restocking and processing fee, calculated from the original invoice value.
Returns sent without prior written authorization will not be accepted and will be returned to the Buyer. If such products are repeatedly returned without authorization, they will again be sent back at the Buyer's expense.
Every approved return shipment must include a copy of the return authorization issued by the Seller.
All return requests must be submitted in writing to:
no later than 12:00 PM on the next business day, and the request must be confirmed by the Seller before any products are returned.
Unless the return results from a quality issue, product non-conformity, warranty claim, or an error made by the Seller, all shipping costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the Buyer.
Returns resulting from manufacturing defects, quality issues, non-conforming goods, or shipping errors made by the Seller will not generate any additional costs for the Buyer, provided that they are reported within the deadlines specified in this document or within the applicable warranty conditions.
Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 5–10 business days after the returned products have been received, inspected, confirmed to be in their original packaging, and verified to be free from visible damage.
Fraud Prevention
